Because there is no full-time onsite staff tracking usage or providing you services that you don't need, our overhead stays low and you save. And you pay by the office, not by the member, so if you have one of our larger offices for you and your business partner(s), the savings multiply. We have a virtual assistant on-site who can help you with your business needs. She runs her own business, servicing clients both on- and off-site. You can contract directly with her, with no mark-up from us.  We can also provide you with office furniture, janitorial services for your office and parking (at additional costs), but only as you need it.

We do not have (or charge you for) a receptionist. Instead, when a client comes, they will use the telephone entry system to ring you on your cell phone or land line. You can simply buzz them in and meet them in the waiting area or let them use the map to find your office.

All offices are fitted with state-of-the-art Lockly smart locks. Open your door with your cell phone, or enter a code directly on the lock. The lock is designed to keep onlookers from being able to decipher your code. The entire building is keyless.

You can rent month-to-month or yearly. You can expand into several offices or scale down to a single office. Our pricing is competitive, flexible and transparent.
